EVENTS

All events will be calculated after all information about the event has been submitted. Please send complete details of your event by contacting us on our contact page to receive your quote.  Once you have accepted the quote a reservation contract will need to be completed and deposit made.  All events require a minimum of 50% deposit. Deposits for events can be made through the Paypal link on the reservation page or by business check. Keep in mind your reservation is not completed until deposit funds are received. Checks take up to 10 days with mailing and clearing.

A $100.00 deposit is required to complete your reservation. You can sign up and pay by going to our reservation page.  All balances must be paid in cash the day of your party, we do not accept personal checks.

Additional fees include, but are not limited to:

  •   Pony themes
    • Colored mane /tail
    •   Flower arrangements
    • Cowboy
    • Unicorn
  • Extra/Special animals
  • Ground Shavings
  • Special requests
Ideally our animals prefer to be on grass. In the event a grassy area is not available we can use a harder surface.
Dirt is sufficient. On the rare occasion cement/concrete is used, we require shavings on the ground for the animal’s comfort and cleanliness. You may provide your own or we will provide it for a small fee.
Extra/Special Animals
Adding extra animals to your petting zoo may incur an additional fee. Please discuss any special requests when communicating about your party/event.
All the above additional fees will be included in your total price package in accordance with what you have requested.
One additional fee that may come into existence when we arrive at your location is the extra setup fee. This fee only applies to extreme setups that have not been discussed prior to our arrival. Our staff should have easy access to setup your party within 75 feet of where we are parked and relatively easy terrain. If you have difficult terrain or your setup is more than 75 feet a minimum of $50.00 will be added to your total.  Please inform us of any difficult terrain or long distances when we are arranging your reservation so we can ensure we will send appropriate staff.  This will ensure there are no surprises the day of your party!

Attention for Events: (Cancellation Policy)

Once you have agreed to your total and submitted you reservation/contract along with your deposit, you are responsible for the full amount of your party. Cancellations are only accepted with a written request no later than 20 days before your party date. (Email cancellation requests are sufficient). All Deposits are non-refundable (no exceptions). If you are unable to proceed with your party/event on the scheduled day, we will be glad to assist you in rescheduling your party on a new day and your deposit will roll over to the new day.
